Mark A. Gannon Executive Vice President
Mark Gannon is the Executive Vice President of Talent Management as well as one of the founders of TekStream Solutions and MissionTek Advisors. His goal is to make MissionTek/TekStream an employer of choice for consultants, staff, and recruiting professionals, and to become a premier partner for clients who need recruiting advice.
Mark’s 29-year career in the recruiting industry includes a strong track record in Corporate Recruiting, Recruiting Consulting, and Account and Team Management for Recruiting teams focused on federal defense, intelligence, information technology, engineering, and healthcare hiring.
MissionTek Advisors was formed to combine recruiting and talent management expertise with TekStream’s technological depth within Cybersecurity and Cloud Managed Services.
In addition to recruiting, Mark is passionate about networking, giving back to the community, and helping individuals find valuable employment regardless of background or skills.

Chad Cohen Vice President
Chad Cohen serves as Vice President of Recruiting Solutions at MissionTek Advisors, where he leads recruiting strategy and delivery across staff augmentation, RPO, and consulting engagements. Since joining the organization in 2015, Chad has built and led high-performing recruiting teams, helping clients attract and hire top technology talent.
With more than 20 years of technical recruiting experience, Chad’s expertise spans infrastructure, software development, cloud, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and business-focused technology roles. He has developed deep relationships across both the Atlanta technology community and national enterprise organizations, supporting clients ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies.
A graduate of Virginia Tech, Chad resides in the Atlanta area.
Christina Ison Director
Christina joined MissionTek Advisors in 2017 as a Senior Recruiter and Lead Account Manager. In her current role as Director of Recruiting Services, she is responsible for leading a high-performing recruitment team, managing client relationships, business development, and driving talent acquisition strategies. With more than 10 years of experience in talent management and recruiting, Christina specializes in optimizing recruitment processes and aligning hiring initiatives with organizational goals.
Christina is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) and currently resides in Colorado with her husband and doodle.
Diane Vogel Director
As Director, Recruiting Services, Diane manages client accounts and relationships, leads and mentors teams, and actively recruits for external clients. She also actively recruits for TekStream’s core Consulting, Splunk and AWS practices. Diane has a Masters in Education from the University of Georgia, Bachelors in Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia and more than 20 years of talent acquisition experience. Prior to joining TekStream, she supported several Fortune 500 companies, partnering with leadership to grow their Consulting and Global Innovation practices. She also worked directly with a Federal contractor for five years. Diane is a DDI Certified Interview Facilitator.
Outside of work, she enjoys being active, volunteering with the local chapter of Virginia’s TRIAD organization and teaching exercise classes at her church. She resides in the town of Mathews, Virginia located on the middle peninsula of the Chesapeake Bay.
Tiffanie Rand Senior Account Manager
Tiffanie is a Senior Account Manager with more than 12 years of experience supporting the aerospace, defense, cybersecurity, and government contracting sectors. Her expertise includes cleared engineering and technology talent, talent acquisition strategy, sourcing, and recruitment operations. Throughout her career, she has supported organizations ranging from small startups to global companies.
Tiffanie holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University. She is also an active member of her community, serving with Rotary International, sitting on the board of a small nonprofit, and supporting Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
Jennifer Plese Operations Manager
Jennifer Plese joined MissionTek Advisors in 2011. She currently serves as the Operations Manager working closely with our Account leads to manage resources and fulfill client requests. She partners and supports our clients and internal resources in all aspects from onboarding, offboarding, contract management, project management, and accounts receivable.
Prior to joining MissionTek Advisors, she worked as an IT Consultant for a Fortune 500 consulting firm and also as a Business Analyst for a leading payroll company. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Georgia and currently resides with her family in the Atlanta area.
Lucia Coppedge Recruiting Lead/Sourcing Specialist
Lucia joined MissionTek in 2016 as a Lead Recruiter. She is currently a Senior Recruiter providing client support to identify cleared / clearable talent for customers serving the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and Intelligence Community. Heavy focus on Information Technology roles, Systems and Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Program Management as well as pre award recruitment. In addition, she is a key recruiter who has been successful on Executive Searches in the commercial arena.
Lucia is a graduate of the University of Arizona and resides in North Carolina.
Amy Moores Senior Account Manager
Amy joined MissionTek Advisors in 2022. With nearly 5 years of recruiting experience across various RPO and Staff Augmentation engagements, she enjoys building genuine relationships, understanding hiring teams’ needs, and helping candidates find the right fit.
Amy is a proud double graduate, earning Bachelor’s degrees from both the University of West Georgia and Kennesaw State University. Currently, she resides in Woodstock, GA with her husband and 3 children.
Heather Linn Senior Account Manager
Heather is a Senior Account Manager and Recruiter that’s been a part of MissionTek Advisors since 2017. Her background includes deep experience leading full lifecycle recruiting across GovCon and enterprise organizations, as well as building and managing client relationships, aligning talent strategies with business needs, leading recruiting teams and beyond.
She is a graduate of Mississippi State University and resides in the Atlanta area. Outside of work she enjoys playing tennis, travel, and spending time with her family’s 90-pound doodle.
Christy Szanti Recruiting Lead/Sourcing Specialist
Since joining MissionTek in 2022, Christy actively recruits for MissionTek’s core Consulting, cybersecurity, Splunk and AWS practices as well for external clients. She is also the partner manager with Splunk (Cisco) and AWS, regularly meeting with their teams to help staff various projects. She is also involved in MissionTek’s Work Force Development program, where she mentors students, who are currently working in our student led Security Operations Centers at various universities, to help them secure their first job upon graduation. Christy has a Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education from Thomas University.
Christy lives in Gainesville, GA on Lake Lanier and can be frequently seen boating, fishing or playing pickleball.
Chris Clinard Senior Account Manager
Chris Clinard is a Senior Account Executive with more than 10 years of experience in recruiting and staffing. Throughout his career, he has partnered with small businesses, mid-sized organizations, and Fortune 100 companies to help them identify and hire the talent needed to grow their teams. Chris takes a relationship-driven approach to recruiting, working closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs while connecting them with the right people. His experience spans a wide range of industries and positions, giving him the ability to adapt his recruiting strategy to each client’s unique needs.
Meghan Nettles Senior Account Manager
Meghan joined MissionTek Advisors in 2021. She brings over 13 years of technical recruiting expertise. She enjoys cultivating long lasting client relationships while building strong pipelines of qualified candidates. Customer and candidate satisfaction is her number one priority. She has experience recruiting all levels of cleared candidates with a wide array of skills and talents needed to support all customer requirements.
Meghan lives in Virginia with her husband and enjoys hosting friends and family, traveling to the beach, and anything to do with cooking!
Joe Conway Senior Account Manager
Joe joined MissionTek in 2014 as Senior Cyber Recruiter and has dedicated the past 12 years to supporting the DC RPO division. His career began in 2005, working dual desks for Ranstad before transitioning to Robert Half Technology. With over 20 years of recruiting experience, Joe has established himself as a trusted partner, expertly handling the most complex cleared and uncleared requirements across technical, intelligence, and security communities. A proud graduate of The Randolph-Macon College, Joe currently resides in Boston with his wife Kristin, their son Jackson, and two cats, Tesla and Goose.
Grant Swaney Senior Account Manager
Grant joined the MissionTek Advisory team in 2018 as a Senior Recruiter. Utilizing over a decade of staffing and specialized sourcing expertise in both the private and cleared sector, Grant has the ability to lead and grow accounts through talent acquisition, including the ability to interface with C-level executives for consultative recruitment strategies. Grant loves being tasked with finding the “Purple Unicorns” and delivering talent in niche and emerging skillsets.
Grant is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and resides in Virginia with his wife, daughter, and Bernese Mountain Dog.
Meghan Green Senior Account Manager
Meghan Green is a Senior Recruiter with 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and staffing across both the federal and commercial sectors. She has partnered with organizations of all sizes to identify and hire top talent across technical, professional, environmental, and executive skill sets. Throughout her career, she has specialized in recruiting niche skill sets and highly cleared professionals supporting mission-critical government and defense programs. Known for her consultative approach and strong market insight, she is passionate about connecting exceptional people with meaningful career opportunities.
Meghan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from the University of North Georgia and lives in Greenville, SC. Outside of work, her favorite past times include college football (Go Dawgs!) and trying new restaurants and coffee shops.
